Free Disaster and Emergency Preparedness Course from the Bay Area Training and Exercise Program (BATEP)

The Bay Area Training and Exercise Program (BATEP) is offering a FREE 7-week course on how to prepare for disasters and emergencies. There is no cost for attending this course, and it is designed with nonprofit employees and volunteers, and other interested community members in mind.

The series is designed to be appropriate for everyone, and will focus on personal preparedness, organizational preparedness, government and organizational coordination, and much more. Each course topic is designed to work independently, though participants are encouraged to attend all sessions, if possible. Download the flyer with more details.

To register, create a free account with BATEP at www.batep.org and press the “Courses” button for available training.
