For all those who have been trying to receive the Lent Text Prayers and nothing is coming through: it’s not you, it’s a change in the Remind service that Rev. Kelly was using! As of February 2025, they no longer offer bulk texts for free unless you are associated with a K-12 school. So, unfortunately, that service has been cut off. Rev. Kelly is researching other options but in the meantime, you are encouraged to pray twice a day (and feel free to pray for Rev. Kelly, who was pulling her hair out trying to get it to work before finally getting someone on the phone who confirmed that it won’t work anymore). Look for news soon if we figure out a good and cost-effective alternative.
