We all recalled negative and/or positive interactions that have shaped our attitudes about Police today. We considered many possibilities for change, in an open and supportive environment, and realized there are no easy answers to solve the issues of systemic brutality, racism and sexism in police departments. But the dialogue of change has started, and we are welcome to join our voices.
