Do you sometimes hear a little voice inside urging you to “age gracefully?” What does this notion suggest that you should or should not do? Or say, or not say, to others? This Learning Hour is a one-hour workshop geared toward Over 60s that will allow us to explore various myths about aging, share experiences about how growing older is going for us, and build support among one another for our journey.
