Join Brittany, Jon, Hana, and Kai Walker Pettigrew this Sunday as they share stories and slides from the DIY Civil Rights Pilgrimage they undertook this past summer to the Legacy Museum in Montgomery and varied sites of civil rights history in Selma, Alabama! History will come into sharp focus held together with the present moment of racial reckoning that we are living through. You’ll learn, feel deeply (and likely laugh, knowing the Walker Pettigrews), and you may even find yourself moved to sign up for the group pilgrimage our church is going on this Feb. 16-19, co-led by Brittany and Rev. Molly.
