We have been encouraged by the support of our church family on the plan for Molly and Kelly to become co-pastors, with no hierarchical difference between their two positions (see previous Carillon article, Shift in Ministerial Structure, for more on this). We’ve received positive feedback, as many of you have expressed confidence in our pastors and in the ways they work together.
We’re having a Forum in the Pillar Room following worship on Sun. Nov. 19 (11:30 am) for anyone who would like to hear more about this process. Kelly, Molly, and members of the co-pastoring ad hoc committee will be there to answer your questions. Stay tuned for news of a Congregational Meeting, most likely on Sun., Dec. 10, when we’ll vote on whether to move forward with this plan.
