“What [emotion] we resist, persists; what we feel, we heal,” says the MSC program. Stress is cumulative! In the last two years incidences of anxiety, depression, even suicide are increasing, due to all the uncertainties in our lives and in our world.

MSC is an effective antidote to stress. It’s a simple training, based on ongoing research, teaching practical ways to ease anxiety, reduce fear, and be happy.  MSC has three parts: 1) awareness of feelings (pleasant, neutral and unpleasant);  2) recognition of our common humanity; and 3) loving kindness/self-compassion.

MSC is absorbed, as a new way of thinking; hence, a 10-week process. No previous experience in Mindfulness Practice is required to take this course. Please join us.
