Regathering Sunday

Sunday, October 24

So many good reasons to come, or come back, to in-person worship this Sunday, Oct. 24! COVID cases in Berkeley are extremely low and folks are following our COVID policy to the letter. Singing in community is a sure path to joy.

  • You can dance your commitment card down the aisle (or discreetly put it in the offering basket–or mail it in or do it digitally!)
  • You can claim back the treasure, a placeholder you left as an avatar for yourself early in the pandemic, from the communion table.
  • You can eat a delicious catered brunch and befriend one of the many newbies who have exploded onto the scene since we came back to in person church!

If you are uncomfortable coming to indoor worship, you are most welcome to come only to the After Party for food, festivities, and a dance party in the cloister featuring a special “rainy day” playlist. Because heavy rain is forecast, Bill Coffin’s band The Quarry Persons will NOT play for us, but the band will perform at a later date. We hope to see Sunday – rain or shine!
