In the ever-present desire to create and sustain deep connections within our church membership, we are holding our second First Church Telethon!
About a dozen beautiful souls will be making phone calls to every active member of our church and newbies this coming Wed. & Thurs., Oct. 11 & 12, from 7-9 pm. If your phone rings then, please answer it! You can connect with an old friend from church or make a new one.
This call is an opportunity to confirm that you’re a sustaining giver to your church or decide to become one, and most importantly: to connect human-to-human with a member of your church family. You can talk about what you love about your church, upcoming big doings, or let your caller know of a spiritual or practical need you have.
This Sun., Oct. 8, you’re invited to bring your commitment card to worship and walk or dance it down the center aisle along with others in our community to place it in the offering basket on the chancel.
