The Justice and Service Ministry would like to thank everyone who participated in Church World Service (CWS) Berkeley CROP Hunger Walk on Sun., April 21. Thank you, Anne Rowe, for being First Church’s representative walker and for your consistent participation over the years. Thank you, Rev. Hannah and youth for creating a delightfully vibrant and welcoming sign (pictured). Thank you, First Church donors, for your generous gifts totaling $1,250. The local organizations (Dorothy Day House, Berkeley Food Pantry, and Youth Spirit Artworks) and the CWS domestic and international food initiatives will benefit greatly from your support.
