Dear Church Members,
Look for an email in your inbox (dated Jan. 25) or a letter in your mailbox (by Jan. 29) with ballots to cast your vote on the following:
- Use of Special Endowment Funds for 2021 and 2022
- Approval of the 2021 Budget
- Slate of New Officers and Ministry Members
Your ballot must be received on or before February 3 to be counted.
If you elected to receive electronic ballots and did not receive the Jan. 25 email, if you don’t receive your paper ballots in the mail by this Friday, Jan. 29, or If you change your mind and would prefer a paper ballot, please reach out to Louise Halsey ([email protected]) ASAP so that she can mail you a ballot in time for the February 3 deadline.
