Last December, 10 First Church members and one guest concluded a multi-week program that involved learning and applying Guided Autobiography (GAB) techniques. Craig Pratt, a certified GAB instructor, facilitated sessions of self-discovery, life story-telling and purposeful review of the branching points in the lives of the individuals who participated; all within a confidential and respectful setting. The combination of self-learning and coming to know others beneath the superficial level was a rewarding experience for everyone. Craig and Rev. Molly have discussed the possibility of offering additional GAB workshop sessions this spring; look for more information and an invitation to participate in this free workshop in the coming months.
