Love Over Fear Benefit Concert – Hosted by the Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity

Mon., Nov. 13, 7 pm
Freight & Salvage, Berkeley

A message from Sara Fread, former First Church Youth Director

Hey church, it’s been awhile! I’ve been working as development associate at the Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity (IM4HI), an organization First Church Berkeley has been amazing supporters of, and we have a special invitation for you!

IM4HI is hosting its first benefit concert – Love Over Fear – on Nov. 13 at 7 pm at the Freight & Salvage in Berkeley! This event features a lineup of extraordinary Bay Area immigrant and BIPOC musicians inspiring us to build solidarity in the face of racism, replacing the narrative of fear, criminalization, and xenophobia with healing, inclusion, and uplifting our shared humanity.

As a valued partner in our justice work, we hope you will partner with us to make this benefit concert a success! Please see the attached letter for ways your faith community can support – through financial sponsorship, event promotion, and purchasing tickets to the concert.
