First Church is excited to team up with East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) to build affordable housing in our church parking lot. We value their “Healthy Neighborhoods” approach to community development, having developed over 35 similar apartment buildings throughout the East Bay since 1975. EBALDC is seeking letters of support to help secure funding from the City of Berkeley and Berkeley Housing Authority.
